You’ve probably seen the Change4life adverts on your TV if you live in Britain. They tell us how we can eat less sugar, be more active and become healthier with the help of the tips on their website.
Don’t worry, I ignore it too.
But I couldn’t ignore the fact that they’ve teamed up with Disney in order to get toddlers and young children up on their feet this summer and not stuck in front of the TV all day and all night.
Basically, it says to go to the website and order one of their 10 Minute Shake Up packs, which includes a Disney watch to keep track of your child’s progress, a Disney team poster and stickers, 10 Minute Shake Up activity cards, a wild card and a special moves card!
It’s basically to get your child to do 10 minutes of physical exercise a day at least, in order to gain a sticker on their poster so they can see how much exercise they do over the summer.
You can pick from four packs, and your watch and poster will match your pack! The packs are Frozen, Big Hero 6, Toy Story and Monsters Inc and they’re free to order in the UK!
